It has been over a couple of years since I've concentrated on being serious on fat loss. However, I have daily told myself that I'm going to the gym one day, I'm going this evening, I'm going in the morning or I'm going to start this new year right. I always ended up disappointing myself. So, I decided to find out more about me. What is it that I like to do and do more often without quitting?
Well for my wife's sake, I can do what I like more often if I introduce more discipline in my diet and exercise. Also, I asked myself do I care and love myself? So, my answer to that was yes. Well, what am I going to do about it? Do I want to die or do I want to live. I chose life.
Now, I am eating better for starters. I let my wife fix my meals because she seems to be more health conscience about my diet than I am. Wonder what her motivation is? I will give it 30 days to find out. Meanwhile, I am walking more and going to the gym twice a week for now. I will post a few pictures at that to see if I have made any progress.
