Trying to stay in shape is an easy task if exercising and dieting has been habitual.  However, if you exercise now and then and diet when you feel like it, then controlling your weight could become a little challenging.  I have a simple solution that I think will work for anyone no matter how challenging your weight. This one simple solution works each and every time it is applied and it has nothing to do with how much you eat or how often you exercise.
